Seules les plus-values r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sont soumises aux pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements sociaux en vigueur\u00a0\u00e0 la sortie.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n              <div class=\"drawers-bloc-content\">\n          <h3 data-index=\"2\" class=\"drawers-bloc-heading headingTwo\">Pr\u00e9voir l\u2019achat de sa r\u00e9sidence principale<\/h3>\n          <p data-index=\"2\" class=\"drawers-bloc-text big-text\">Le d\u00e9blocage anticip\u00e9 des fonds pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un bien immobilier est possible dans le PEE et le PERCO. En revanche, attention \u00e0 ce cas de d\u00e9blocage : il n\u2019est valable que 6 mois apr\u00e8s la survenance de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Par ailleurs l\u2019apport personnel constitu\u00e9 par votre \u00e9pargne salariale doit \u00eatre clairement identifi\u00e9 dans la promesse de vente.
